Water, Water Everywhere.

A car accidentally jumped the curb, knocking over the fire hydrant and leaving the sidewalk and streets in a shower of water until police could arrive. Without a second thought, this young man seized the opportunity to enjoy the moment.

He danced from sheer joy and completely disregarded what passersby might be thinking of him didn’t keep him from doing this!
