Woman Becomes Friends With The Man Who Shot Her In The Face

Debbie Baigrie was in her car one night when she saw three guys walk up to her car and heard someone ask her for change. Then she heard him insist “I’m serious give it up.” When she realized she was being robbed she screamed and then a gunshot.

Debbie was shot in the face. Thankfully she survived the attack and then she learned that the person who shot her was only 13 years old.

Ian Manuel had earned quite the reputation in his neighborhood of being fearless, but he never imagined that being fearless would lead to him shooting at a woman at only 13.
