But this time, it’s her refusal to follow quarantine guidelines that has the sisters up in arms!
"Nowadays, no one is safe and yet she's at the beach.
And yesterday, at home we stayed but she went out to eat.
I haven't seen her wash her hands in nearly a week.”
The Sound Of Music Meets COVID-19
Not only does Kira play the part of all four nuns, but she wrote all of the lyrics, too. Starting with the original lyrics of ‘How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria’, Kira adapted the song to reflect the woes of COVID-19 quarantine.
"How do you solve a problem like corona?
How do you keep the kids in quarantine?
How do you solve a problem like corona?
A medical gown, some Clorox, TP”
What a fantastic video made by such a creative and talented woman!
"This is a truly impressive parody from a truly impressive entertainer who I have never heard of before, but should get some recognition, as this share would’ve taken quite some effort to create," writes one person on YouTube. "Her vocals are excellent and interaction with herself in harmonies are great as well as her glances considering she couldn’t see herself at any time is impressive for final edit."
"This is about the best parody I have seen," comments another person. "Wonderfully well put together, smashing words, very, very funny. Top marks!"
