During a candid conversation on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Candace was transparent, raw, and real about how she was feeling one afternoon.
While Candace Cameron Bure was in quarantine away from her family due to work, the place where she was quarantining had a bike. She hopped on for a workout and turned on the camera.
“Who else is with me on the Peloton?’ she asks, in text overlaid on the video. “Waves of sadness, the weight of the world, but also gratitude and everything in between overwhelm you.”
In the background, you can hear her spin instructor shouting inspiration about “humility” plus moody lyrics from the Matchbox Twenty song Candace is blasting.
“Exercise is so good to release your emotions. It’s ok to ugly cry,” she adds in the video’s text.
Keep The Faith
Candace she didn't want anyone to be alarmed or concerned. She knew she was having a rough day and chose to work it out through the form of exercise. “I felt so much better and brighter afterwards!”
