When George and the rest of the cast and crew of "The Midnight Sky" finished shooting and began the editing process, the world was just starting to take the Covid-19 virus seriously, and things were changing in a big way.

In order to adapt to the changing times, the editors of "The Midnight Sky" took measures throughout the movie to accentuate the feeling of not being able to physically be with one another. It’s a feeling they believed would be very relatable for those watching in quarantine.

Like many of us, the changes that quarantine brought with it gave George Clooney a new perspective on life. As he shared in this interview, George has adopted the mentality that we should live every day as if we might pass at any instant, and to suck every last bit of marrow out of life as possible.

"If you wake up one day and realize you're old, then you've probably lived a very full life."
