Pentatonix Performs For Kelly Clarkson
Today, the group visits The Kelly Clarkson Show. And Pentatonix performs an absolutely beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone).
"Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
T’was blind but now I see"
Christian artist Chris Tomlin originally wrote this song for his 2006 album ‘See The Morning.' It was even nominated for a Dove Award for “Song of the Year” at the 39th GMA Dove Awards. The powerful words remind us all that we are saved by His love and grace.
Now, Pentatonix performs the song, putting their own unique spin on this tune.
"My chains are gone
I’ve been set free
My God, my Savior has ransomed me
And like a flood His mercy reigns
Unending love, amazing grace"
This is truly an anointed performance!
Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."
