Group Of Bikers Step In So Motorcycle Granny Can Get Her 90th Birthday Wish Of 1 Last Ride

An elderly woman on her 90th birthday was treated to a big surprise, given a ride on a Harley Davidson.

The aging process has not and will not skip anyone. Unfortunately, it visits everyone, bringing wrinkles, diminishing eyesight and hearing and hair loss. However, one woman refused to let her advanced age keep her from fulfilling a dream.

Barbara Morris, who resides in a nursing home, is now 90 years old! But she didn't just want a cake, a few candles and presents, Barbara wished to celebrate in an unconventional way. Barbara wanted to ride a motorcycle on her big day, according to Good News Network.

And her wish came true!

Several of Barbara's family members, including her granddaughter and sons, helped organize the ride for her. A video posted on YouTube shows the great-grandmother being escorted outside, walking toward a group of bikers as someone lets her in on the big surprise.

The look on her face when she learns she's going for a ride on a Harley Davidson for her 90th birthday is one of utter shock and surprise.

Kristy Harvey, a granddaughter, who also helped put together the surprise, said the big reveal left her grandmother "speechless."

The Motorcycle Ride Left the 90-Year-Old Feeling “21 Again”

"She thought it was just a nice bike to look at, and when we actually told her she was going on, she was a bit speechless," Kristy said. "She couldn't believe it."

To say Barbara enjoyed her birthday ride would be an understatement.

"I just felt the years melt away," Barbara said. "It was just an incredible experience to feel the wind blowing in my face again."

The daredevil added that she "felt 21 again" during the ride.

But this wasn't Barbara's first bike ride. She is well acquainted with motorcycles. At just 19 years old, Barbara got her first bike, which she used to get from point A to point B while in college.
