While trying to fill out paperwork, a mother was struggling to hold her baby and get the paperwork done. An amazing man offered to help her. The mom says that she felt good especially when they began talking with one another. She explains that it felt right.

The woman who took the photo said it was as if the grandfather holding the baby was holding one of his own grandchildren. She says it was a touching sight and something that she had never seen before in the office. The mother explains how in the midst of our world of bad news, "it felt good to see something positive for a change."
